Meet Michelle McArthur

My husband Andy and I relocated to Colorado Springs in 2002 from Scotland. I am originally for England and Andy from Scotland, when we first visited in November 2001 we fell in love with Colorado Springs, with all its nature, wildlife and open spaces. I have an Accountancy degree from Liverpool University, and then joined an Investment Management Company in Scotland for 9 years. We were some of the first residents when we moved into Alpine Glen in 2005 with our fraternal twin boys, our youngest and only daughter joined us later that same year. I’ve been fortunate to be a stay at home mom, involved in our amazing community. Becoming a volunteer parent at D20 schools, and a member of the PTO board at WRE for 6 years, including the roles of treasurer and co-chair. I am still active in the children’s schools as Treasurer for AAHS Parent Council and as a member of the Parents for Partners at EMS. I love to cook and bake, read and spend time with my friends and family, along with getting in some walking exercise with our dog.
