Music in the Park – July Concert

July 10th, 2018 from 6-8 PM

The Groove Toones fka The Nostalgics’ will be the band

Barbecue provided with chips, Lemonade, tea and soda/water

Pot luck with a prize for appetizers and desserts

Yard games, face painting, balloon twisting, kids craft station, a Colorado Springs Fire truck and Policy cruiser will be there.  Kona Ice will have flavored shaved ice so bring some cash.

Wildfire Mitigation

Wildfire Mitigation Chipping Event: August 20, 2018

The Chipping Guidelines are as follows:

  • Individual homeowners must register to participate
  • All chipping dates are the “week of”
  • Material must be stacked curbside by 8:00 AM Monday morning and will be picked up by the end of the week
  • Incorrectly stacked piles WILL NOT BE PICKED UP

Piles need to be curbside by Monday at 8:00 am. Piles left out after Monday will not be picked up.  Please note, to participate in this program you MUST contact the Fire Department for an inspection or to be placed on their chipping list.
