Annual General Membership Meeting
On Wednesday, November 18 we held our HOA Annual General Membership Meeting via Zoom. The Board of Directors presented the ‘State of the Association’ and elected 4 new residents to the Peregrine Master Association Board of Directors (see below). Thank you to everyone that voted, participated and provided feedback as we prepared for this annual event.
Our next Board Meeting will be held February 10, 2021 via Zoom. The agenda and meeting invitation will be sent out the week prior to the meeting.
Meet Our New Board Members!
We had 6 strong resident candidates run for the 4 open spots on the HOA Board of Directors. With 188 ballots submitted, we are happy to welcome David Fulton, Steve Garcia, Brad Helton and Kristen Petersen to serve a 3-year term to the Board of Directors.
Block Captain of the Year!
A big congratulations to HOA Board Member, Michelle McArthur, for being recognized as the Block Captain of the Year by the Colorado Springs Police Department – Falcon Division.
Michelle has been on the Peregrine Master Association Board since 2018. She has served as the lead for community programs and events and is now the vice president. Additionally, Michelle serves as a committee advisor to the Alpine Glen Committee.

Peregrine Annual Assessment
Peregrine assessment statements were mailed December 1. Payments are due by January 1, 2021. The assessment can be paid in two installments, with the first payment on Jan 1st and the second payment on July 1. Please call (719) 593-9811 if you have any billing questions.

– February 10 – Board Meeting – 6pm – via Zoom
– March 10 – Board Meeting – 6pm – via Zoom
– March 27 – Peregrine Easter Egg Hunt
